"Yes, I love these shoes. But having inadvertently selected the wrong color on my phone app, the return policy is a huge rip off. To pay in advance for free returns is lacking in fairness under the premise that you are not planning on returning them! Then to have to return them and spend $25 to do so is shameful on your part. Get with it, most places offer free shipping and return. Sad."
