START YOUR RETURN

Unworn shoes, boots, and sandals in their original packaging (box) may be returned within 30 days for a return.

Final Sale and items sold in the warehouse sale are final sale, no returns.

Return Policy Terms & Conditions: 

  • Return fees are $11 per return. Customers may pre-pay for returns at checkout for a discounted rate.
  • Items must be returned in new condition and in their original shoe box to be accepted.
  • No returns on FINAL SALE items. All FINAL sales are final. 
  • Outbound shipping charges and pre-paid return fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are not offered at this time.
  • White Mountain Shoes reserves the right to block customers abusing the return policy. 
  • We accept returns only from merchandise purchased directly from our website. Returns cannot be processed from other retailers/e-tailers that carry our product.

White Mountain Footwear merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

This includes all department stores and online merchants outside of whitemountainshoes.com.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll notify you via email with your UPS tracking number.

Visit www.ups.com to track your package. Certain addresses may be issued a USPS tracking number.

Sometimes packages are delivered near unused entrances, in the bushes, or to your neighbors. Often, packages are marked "delivered" before they have been.

Please reach out if your order has not arrived within two business days after it was marked delivered.

  • Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order after placing it, and an email when your order has been shipped.
  • Please allow for extra processing time during the winter holiday season, Black Friday, Cyber Week, and other flash sales. We appreciate your patience while we work to send out your order as quickly as our warehouse allows.
  • Your account will be charged when the order is placed.

Ordering

We will honor any orders placed seven days prior to a promotion release date, with the exception of ‘flash sales’, Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotions.

Contact us with your order number so we may manually apply the promotion.

Be sure to check that the code you are entering is exactly as it appears in print.

Coupon codes are not valid on final sale items.

You must also be logged into your account to use certain coupon codes.

Finally, please note that you may only use one coupon code per order.

If the issue persists, contact us and we'll help you with your order over the phone.

  • Place all of the items in your shopping cart.
  • On the shopping cart page, you will find an expandable box called Apply Discount Code. Click to expand this box and enter your coupon code or gift certificate code. Please note that we are only able to accept one code card per order.
  • After entering your code, click "Apply Discount".

The estimated delivery date for your order is based on your shipping address and the shipping option you choose.

Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

At this time, we are unable to cancel, modify, or add items to existing orders. Additionally, we are not able to combine separate orders.

We are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time.

Product

If an item is not on our website, it is most likely out of stock. Contact our customer support team with your preferred style, size, color, and we will be happy to recommend a similar style or inform our product development team that you hope to see this style again.

Payment Information

We accept ShopPay, Shop Installments, Master Card, Visa, Discover and PayPal.

Refund processing takes approximately one week from the date we receive your returned shipment. The amount will be credited back to original payment method. To check on the status of a refund please contact us.
