START YOUR RETURN

Unworn shoes, boots, and sandals in their original packaging (box) may be returned within 30 days for a return.

Final Sale and items sold in the warehouse sale are final sale, no returns.

Return Policy Terms & Conditions: 

• Return fees are $11 per return.
• Customers may pre-pay for returns at checkout for a discounted rate of $4.98.
• Items must be returned in new condition and in their original shoe box to be accepted.
• No returns on FINAL SALE items. All FINAL sales are final. 
• Outbound shipping charges and pre-paid return fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges are not offered at this time. Please process your return and then create a new order for your preferred style/size.
• White Mountain Shoes reserves the right to block customers abusing the return policy. 
• We accept returns only from merchandise purchased directly from our website. Returns cannot be processed from other retailers/e-tailers that carry our product.
